飯廳和客廳打通，中間只有一個矮櫃，不會阻擋用餐時欣賞景觀的視線。睡房的設計將床面朝向海景，床頭櫃也兼具書桌的功能，不會阻擋欣賞景觀的視野。廁所和廚房選用了白色和黑色，與深色的起居室形成對比，營造出現代感和時尚感。
The interior design of Kiu Kwan Mansion, North Point, focuses on providing residents with a captivating view. Whether it's the living room or the bedroom, both have large windows for enjoying the sea view.
In terms of color scheme, the designer has chosen black and gray to create a sense of modernity. The highlight of the living room is the view of the sea through the windows. A spacious sofa is placed nearby, allowing residents to fully appreciate the beautiful seascape.
The dining area and living room are connected, with only a low cabinet in between, ensuring an unobstructed view of the scenery while dining. The bedroom is designed with the bed facing the sea view, and the bedside cabinet also doubles as a desk, without obstructing the view of the landscape. The toilet and kitchen are decorated in white and black, creating a contrast with the dark-toned living room and adding a sense of modernity and fashion.
