英皇大廈 - 寫意舒適的居住環境
設計師打造一個寫意舒適的居住環境，並且特別關注採光和實用慳位的設計理念。
客廳是這個室內設計的焦點之一，設計師選擇簡潔的風格，以突顯空間的開闊感。在客廳的頂部設置了一個置物櫃，以便將雜物整齊收納，讓空間看起來整潔無雜亂。
主人房位於靠窗的位置，這樣可以充分利用自然光線的穿透。間隔的一半使用了玻璃材質，使得白天透光至客廳，提升了空間的明亮度。而在晚上，則可以拉上窗簾，保留私隱度。
在客廳的儲物櫃中，設計師設計了一個巧妙的功能，可以將部分空間延伸成為書桌。這樣一來，不僅能夠提供額外的儲物空間，還可以方便居民在需要的時候使用書桌。
另外一個睡房也充分利用了空間，設計師設計了訂造的木櫃，以充分利用每一寸空間。床的設計也特別定制，使用了雙層床的結構，並且將床底完全利用為儲物空間。這樣的設計不僅節省了空間，還能夠提供額外的儲物空間，讓居住者更加方便地儲存物品。
King's House - A Serene and Comfortable Living Environment
Our interior designers have created a serene and comfortable living environment at King's House, with a special focus on natural light and practical space-saving design concepts.
The living room takes center stage in this interior design, featuring a clean and minimalist style to enhance the sense of openness. At the living room, elevated storage cabinet has been installed to keep belongings neatly organized, ensuring a clutter-free space.
The master bedroom is strategically located near the windows to maximize the penetration of natural light. Half of the partition is made of glass, allowing daylight to filter through to the living room and increasing the overall brightness of the space. In the evening, the curtains can be drawn to ensure privacy.
In the living room, a clever feature has been incorporated into the storage cabinet, allowing part of the space to extend into a functional desk. This design not only provides additional storage capacity but also offers residents the convenience of having a desk when needed.
The second bedroom also makes optimal use of space. Custom-made wooden cabinets have been designed to utilize every inch of available space. The bed has been specially customized as a double-decker structure, with the bottom serving as additional storage space. This design not only saves space but also provides extra storage capacity, making it easier for residents to store their belongings.
